“Ap PEAS ment”

Appeasement:  bringing about a state of peace, quiet or contentment; conciliatory action that satisfies or soothes…

The sun is shining.  The daffodils are blooming.

The first planting of snow peas is emerging.

I am planting shelling peas.

I am ap-PEAS-ed!

I haven’t started off my peas yet, but we’ve got some broadbeans in! What variety have you got there? We have some dwarf peas (Meteor) and some taller ones planned (Alderman).

I’m still looking at snow out my window and I KNOW the ground is frozen again. Alas, I wait. And wait. And wait… Love seeing your sprouts!
