Yesterday, August 7th marked the 3rd anniversary of my first blog post! What a surprise and pleasure it has turned out to be! Nearly 200 posts and 2,000 comments later, I’ve come to cherish each and every one of you who take the time to read, and often to share ideas or encouragement. What began as a blank canvas in my back yard, and on the glaring, intimidating computer screen has developed into not only a fun project but a way to meet lots of lovely gardeners. The potager has grown, and so have I. This blog has been a fascinating way to chronicle that growth, in words and pictures. Sometimes when I get discouraged, it is SO helpful to go back at look at the early posts, so filled with optimism, but so empty…and remember all that I’ve added and learned. Thanks for reading.
